Ways to Get Rid of Bad Odor?

Every one of us have our own and unique body odor. This odor could depend upon the type of food we eat and overall health of our intestine and gut. Although one particular odor might be accepted or rejected by one culture but regardless of culture bad odor seems to be avoided by everybody. A lot of times a person with bad order are not able to mask such smell in spite of repeated bathing or repeated use of deodorant, primarily because the smell is due to growth of bacteria which often multiplies due to sweat. So the key to suppressing the smell would be by preventing the multiplication and spread of the bacteria. One of the known facts n this regard is the fact that bacteria multiplies fast in the presence of sweat. Therefore the key here would be to wash the sweat with soap and completely dry that body part, followed by applying underarm antiperspirant.

There is also a natural way to get rid of your bad body odor: Getting rid of bad body odor naturally

Anti-perspirants are chemical agents that prevent sweating and therefore bacterial growth and the bad odor. The deodorant might not work in this case because they can not prevent bacterial growth rather they try to suppress the odor due to its fragrance. One chemical often used is Hydrogen peroxide solution which when applied may wipe the bacteria away. The sweated clothes from the work out could be bacteria-breeding ground so we should be as much away as possible. Some of the foods which includes fats, oil, garlic or onion based curries may also result in bad odor. To eliminate this source of bad odor we should try to change changing our diet. But if the change in diet seems to be drastic then we should not do so before consulting our doctor or dietitian. People with hyperhidrosis (a term for excessive sweating) must consult doctor. Regular underarm shaving would prevent the accumulation of bacteria and can reduce odor.

One of the common sources of bad odor is bad breadth. The bad breadth is attributed to the bacterial accumulation in our gums, tongue and teeth. In this case it would require some rigorous daily hygiene to inhibit this accumulation. And good thing would be consulting a dentist who could prescribe special rinses, toothpaste and regular brushing and flossing on regular basis to eliminate the bacterial growth in gums, teeth and under the tongue. Once that is done bad odor will be replaced with good breadth.

Bad body odor could also be due to bad smell in the surrounding where we live, work or play. Fortunately the origin some of the sources of bad odor are external to our body and could be very obvious such as unclean bathroom. But whether the source is obvious or less obvious good news in this case is that once the origin is identified that can be easily be eliminated .
